Description

This role can be office based, hybrid or remote, with a couple of days a month in the office (reasonable travel and accommodation paid for).


The Role

  • Key person in implementing the groups Compliance Monitoring Plan
  • Challenge Key Stakeholders on the results of the above Monitoring
  • Looking at Compliance policies and procedures with the view to make improvements
  • Ensure there is a system to check the "owners" of the discrepancies take the appropriate actions
  • Deputise for the Compliance Monitoring Team Lead
  • Form strong relationships with senior managers working within the Lines of Defence
years compliance monitoring or Risk Assurance experience in a relevant financial services firm.

  • Knowledge and as much experience as possible with the three lines of defence model
  • Good product knowledge and of UK and European financial services regulation.
  • Have industry specific qualifications
