Remote working model – Occasional travel required to East Midlands(The IFA Administrator is pivotal in providing operational support to the business and offers exceptional development opportunity for the successful candidate. Full suite of administrative support to financial advisors, paraplanners and management team
Interaction with clients over the phone, email and scheduling of appointments
Communication with product providers and other third parties to obtain information, quotes, illustrations and product details for analysis
This role is suited to a candidate who possesses a background in IFA Administration, ideally within the wealth management space.
As you will be interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders you will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work independently from home.
You will be working from home predominantly however you will need to be within commutable distance to the East Midlands.
