Sales Progressor

Salary:
Up to £30,000 basic + commission + discretionary annual bonus

Location:
Central London + Hybrid Working

Position Type:
Permanent, Full-time

The Role
No two days will be the same.

Working on a high volume of sales deals, you will be managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion.

Ensuring a smooth and well-organised process.

You will be liaising with buyers and sellers on a dailybasis, updating them on the progress of the transaction and answering any questions or queries they have, ensuring they have the most up to date information and advice.

You will also be liaising with solicitors and tracking the progress of tasks, offeringyour assistance where possible to speed up the process.

About You

You will need:

At least 1 year proven track record of sales progression in residential real estate
To be highly organised, being able to track a high number of deals at the same time
To be able to work independently and strategically for the best possible outcome
To be client focused and target driven with strong communication skills
