- Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 3:30pm (term-time only).
- Weekly pay.
- To supervise and provide educational support for pupils.
- To provide support for individual pupils inside and outside of class to help them interact with others and to engage in classroom activities.
- To use effective behaviour management techniques.
- To provide detailed and regular feedback about the pupil(s) to their teacher.
- To demonstrate patience and resilience when supporting challenging pupils.
- You must have a valid enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the update service) or be willing to pay for a new one (£52.20).
- You must have previous experience working in schools (within the past 2 years).
- You must be confident & comfortable working with pupils with SEN and/or challenging pupils.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking Teaching Assistant with recent experience working in schools and will have ideally have experience both supporting pupils in small groups as well as providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as ADHD and Autism.
You will need to be flexible – you most required to support children throughout Years 7-11 and be able to provide 1:1 support for SEN pupils when required.
