Registered Home Manager vacancy in Hailsham, East Sussex.

Opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Registered Home Manager to take day to day responsibility of a 120 bed residential and nursing home in Hailsham
As a Registered Home Manager you have over all responsibility for the day to day running of the home.

You will look after all staff and create a safe and inclusive environment, ensure that all record keeping is precise and up to date, that each residenthas the correct tailored care plan, and that they are happy and comfortable in the home.

You will already be a successful Registered Manager with a good track record of CQC outcomes and reports rated GOOD or OUTSTANDING

As Registered Manager you will

Provide leadership of the care home
Managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
Be fully conversant with all current legislation and regulations
Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of your care service
Leading on specific projects or clinical areas

Skills and experience

RMA or equivalent
A proven track record as a Registered Care Manager/Deputy Care Manager
Experience in elderly care management
A sound knowledge of the CQC and applicable legislation, regulations and standards.
