_Adele Carr Financial Recruitment_ is keen to support the recruitment requirements of a growing SME on the Wirral who are planning to appoint a commercial,
Management Accountant on a full time, permanent basis

Due to exciting, business growth, this newly created role will bring much needed financial support to the Finance Director and senior leadership team.

The successful new appointment will be looking for a role with progression, a role where they can grow, add value and make their own.

You will be an active studlier who is aiming to complete ACCA, CIMA, ACA exams and expand on your skill set and experience.

This Management Accountant position is a pivotal role within the business, you will assist the FD with the production of accurate management accounts and financial reporting and analysis.

Alongside being involved with month end accounting, this is a commercial role exposing you to budgeting, forecasting and partnering with senior stakeholders.

You will be an ambitious, well-organised individual who is confident working in a team, learningnew skills and working with mínimal supervision, whilst ensuring a high standard of work is accurately produced on time.

Importantly,you will be guided and supported by an excellent mentor, who is CIMA qualified with great leadership qualities, who is keen to share ideas, develop your skill set and enhance your career development.

The Management Accountant, will be responsible for:

Assist with the preparation of management accounts, P&L, balance sheet
Cash management, produce cash flow forecasts
Statutory reporting and analysis
Produce and implement KPI reporting for business performance
Working closely with various stakeholders, commercial, sales and operation teams in driving the business forward with the objective to support decision making to maximise profit

The ideal applicant, will be;

Seeking a new opportunity on the Wirral that will expose you to month end accounting, career progression and development
Actively studying ACA / CIMA / ACCA and aiming to complete studies over the next year or two
A confident individual who is looking for a role to make their own
A quick learner who is capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
Possess strong communication, analytic and organisational skills
A conscientious individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys learning
Strong MS Excel knowledge, data analysis reporting skills

Interview Process:

This will be a 2 stage interview process with the first being face to face, on site on the Wirral with a due start date for January / February 2023.
