    Description

    Commercial Services Group are looking for a Programme Manager for a Fixed Term Contract for our Local Authority client, running until March 2025.

    The role includes:


    • Overseeing day-to-day program management to supervise the design and implementation of the Family Hubs model.


    • Collaboratively shaping program and project strategies, governance, methodologies, evaluations, and plans to foster buy-in and collective ownership, ensuring optimal chances for project success.


    • Guiding, mentoring, and orchestrating multi-disciplinary and occasionally multi-partner workstreams, including task coordination, progress monitoring, and fostering effective teamwork within the project team.


    • Directing the monitoring of the Family Hub project's progress, leading the resolution of program issues, identifying areas for improvement within the current program, and addressing any challenges or constraints posed by legislation, national and local policies, and initiatives. This involves developing program proposals and business cases that align with agreed-upon and evolving objectives.

    The right candidate must have:

    • Demonstrated experience in leading the execution of complex programs.
    • Proven track record of effectively involving and collaborating with stakeholders from diverse disciplines within a multi-agency setting, maximizing opportunities for collaborative efforts.
    • Extensive experience operating within multi-agency partnerships and governance structures.

    There will be a requirement to attend the office 2-3 times per week.
