    JOB DESCRIPTION

    TAQA Cormorant Alpha require a Offshore De-Commissioning Supervisor with a Black Trades background.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Offshore De-Commissioning Supervisor - reports to the Onshore Construction Manager and is responsible for the offshore execution of all project scopes of work. The Offshore De-Commissioning Supervisor will ensure that his team interfaces and liaises closely with all offshore personnel to ensure safe/effective and efficient work scope delivery. The Offshore De-Commissioning Supervisor is empowered to:
    • Drive safety leadership ensuring safe delivery of the Project.
    • Single point of contact with onshore project team for all scopes
    • Regular interface with Vendors
    • Identify opportunities to optimise or accelerate the work scopes.
    • Provide clear direction to the workforce regarding the execution of assigned work activities emphasis on Safety Planning quality Budget and Control of work.
    • Respond to information requests from onshore Project construction & engineering teams (e.g. photos, dimensions, and as built details etc.)
    • Review planned activities for constructability providing accurate feedback to onshore team prior to execution phase.
    • Ensuring correct allocation of suitably trained personnel / materials & equipment are available for delivery of construction activities in line with plan.
    • Completion of Daily / Weekly / Progress Reports
    • Review daily timesheets prior to submission onshore to ensure accuracy of booking codes and allocation of hours.
    • Ensure scope growth or additional work is identified and notified to onshore project team
    • Responsible for ensuring all team members are regularly assessed and key development areas identified.
    • Ensure all handover and closeout documentation is carried out and signed as per the closeout procedure prior to sending onshore for processing.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Relevant Trade Papers / Apprenticeship

    Relevant ECITB Certs (TMJI 10, TPL 01, etc.)

    Supervisor experience

    Offshore North Sea De-commissioning experience
