Our client is a highly innovative industry leading recycling company, offering dependable and cost-effective services to companies throughout the country.

They are now seeking a talented Multi-skilled Production Operative to join their team of experts basedin Wellingborough.

As a Multi-skilled Production Operative, you will be an essential part of all manufacturing operations, ensuring the smooth running of the production line.

You'll have the chance to showcase your production knowledge, supporting managers to guarantee continuousimprovement by optimizing performance. You'll also be given the opportunity to lead your own production shifts, acting as deputy supervisor. Due to the nature of the job a counterbalance forklift licence is also necessary.
Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a salary of £31,000 and plenty of company perks:

The role will be based on a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern, 5.45am-6pm for day shifts and 5.45pm-6.00 am for night shifts.
