I'm partnering with a fantastic manufacturing client with a head office based in Burnley looking for a experienced HR Assistant looking to step up or HR Advisor to join their HR Team.

This is a permanent position offering 1 day week of your choice WFH.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor looking to progress their career or experienced HR Assistant with extensive HR experience and responsibility looking to step up.


There will be a small amount of travel to other site based in Glossop but very rarely - all mileage / travel costs will be covered.

Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:


  • Dealing with various HR queries
  • Reviewing and updating employee contracts
  • Coordinating and implementing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process
  • Monitoring and reviewing current HR policies
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with various capability investigations, including grievances and disciplinary
  • Advising managers on HR policies, such as disciplinary, grievances and recruitment and selection.

Requirements:


  • CIPD qualified
  • Previous HR Advisor / strong HR Assistant experience
  • Driven and determined
  • Comfortable and happy working within a team
