This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery to our partners.nJob Role AccountabilitiesnProvide timely and accurate technical support to intermediaries.nRespond to inquiries regarding criteria questions and offer guidance.nKeep intermediaries updated on the status of their cases.nMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending process and products.nCollaborate with the IT Operations team to resolve technical issues.nEnsure all written and verbal communications are clear, professional, and effective.nExamples of Key Activities and SkillsnLogging and responding to questions or queries from brokers and other relevant external partners.nDeveloping and maintaining a broker databasenProviding support with existing applications, including setting expectations with intermediaries on actions required.nDemonstrate full understanding of the MPowered Mortgages product suite, high-level criteria, and sales process.nProvide support and guidance to intermediaries on their lending requests, securing their commitment even on complex mattersnEnsure all communications with intermediaries and third parties are professional.nEstablish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all internal stakeholders and departments.nSupport our National Sales/Corporate Account Managers as required to maintain business critical relationships.nTo support new business generation goalsnKey RelationshipsnHead of IT Operations - Collaborative workingnBroker Support Manager - Collaborative workingnBroker Support Assistant - Collaborative workingnCorporate AccountabilitiesnEnsuring conduct which is consistently and continuously by FCA RegulationsnAlways acting with integrity and ensuring all customers are treated fairly.nComplete all mandatory training as and when required.nConsistent adherence to and understanding of all policies, procedures, and obligations as part of the first line of defense of the firm.
nQualification, Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceQualificationsnEssential
