    Location: Reading

    Salary: £65k-£90k

Our client is a B2B SaaS company specializing in developing software for Salesforce CRM. With over 15 years of experience in the industry and a continued growth trajectory, they are seeking a full-time Senior Developer to join their technical team.

    Your primary focus will be on implementing new features, including AI, for their AppExchange-listed packages. You might also be involved in backend services using Azure. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform and some background in C# development. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a small but effective team.

    Hybrid Work Setup

    This position requires 2-3 days per week in the office, offering a mix of collaborative teamwork and remote flexibility.

    What You'll Do:

    • Write clean, test-driven, and scalable code
    • Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
    • Quickly learn new technologies
    • Stay updated with the latest industry best practices
    • Produce architecture artifacts to explain strategic changes to key stakeholders
    • Participate in code reviews and pull request approvals
    What You'll Need:
    • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (APEX & React)
    • 5+ years of general software development experience within a team
    • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Familiarity with architecture patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP)
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies, source control, and software development teams
    • The right to work full-time in the UK
    Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
    • Experience with SQL (ideally SQL Server)
    • Knowledge of Microservice Architecture and modelling techniques like Event Storming
    • Familiarity with C# or Python
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
