Supply Chain Administrator Job in Lymington

Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a creative business in Lymington who work with well known brands, creating gorgeous packaging for the retail industry.

They are a small but mighty business, unique in what they do and who they are. They are now recruiting a new Supply Chain Administrator due to the growth of the business.

You will be part of a stable team who are passionate about what they do and will be exposed to many different facets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Using the order processing system to check on projects that are received from customers and manufacturers, ensuring they are correct and on time
Drafting paperwork such as documents for shipping
Speaking with factories abroad to coordinate projects and ensure shipments are on schedule
Small amounts of accounts work such as ensuring all invoices are added to the system
Checking products and samples when they arrive into the business
General day to day administration for the business when required
Working with senior members of the team if there are any issues that need to be resolved

Knowledge & Experience:

Experience working within a product based position would be beneficial
Office based administration experience
Detail orientated
Proficient with MS Office including Excel

Salary & Benefits:

Annual Salary of £21, ,000

Hours of Monday

Friday 9am 5.30pm
Free parking onsite
22 days holiday + bank holidays pro rata
