I have been exclusively retained on a search by one of my clients to find a civil engineer between senior and associate level to join their well-established but growing business. They currently use external contractors for their civil engineering side of things but want to start growing an in house team meaning it is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to lead a team / department in the near future. They work with a range of public and private clients on various projects including schools, commercial offices, museums and more. The business currently consists of 30 engineers, technicians and support staff but have some exciting growth plans for the future which you will be an integral part of. My client has a great company culture and a real 'family orientated approach' which makes it a great environment to work in.
