This is an excellent opportunity for a practising mortgage advisor to join an award winning independent estate agency that have recently introduced financial services in house and are looking to grow this side of the business.

The company are a very busy well known brand offering excellent customer service to their clients.
Dealing with Sales,Lettings,Property Management,Land & New Homes and now Financial Services.

They are looking for an experienced mortgage advisor with full CeMAP qualification and CAS status to deal with around 30 cases per month from leads.

Must have experience in equity release and life protection.
Shared ownership experience would be preferred butnot essential as training will be given in this area.

Benefits of the Mortgage Advisor role include:

Basic: £25,000 £35,000
OTE: £40,000 £50,000
Mon-Fri position 9.00am to 6pm with the flexibility to work from home a few days a week
Training and development provided

The skills and experience required for the Mortgage Advisor role include:

Thorough and up to date knowledge of the mortgage market
Full CEMAP qualification with experience underwriting mortgages, life protection and equity release
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with energetic personality
Well spoken and superb communication skills
Smart and well presented
Ambitious and self motivated
Able to thrive under pressure
