- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development in the construction hire sector (minimum 2 years experience)
- Proven track record of selling rental products (security products preferred) into the construction industry
- Experience in the security industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (including Sales Force)
- Willingness to travel as and when required
