This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious post-doctoral researcher to work on a major sustainability challenge within the nuclear energy sector. The University of Manchester in partnership with Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS), is seeking a Research Associate to undertake this 12-month project to investigate the long-term behaviour of concrete elements at both the material and structural level. The position will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to work with leading specialists in structural concrete and its application in the nuclear energy sector.
