Billing Analyst – Bracknell - £30,000 to £4000Our client is on the hunt for a Billing Analyst to join our Finance Team. The Billing Analyst is key to the successful production of monthly Invoicing and ensuring the business delivers.
Working with finance colleagues on reporting activities to ensure correct revenue and cost recognition.
Reconciliation of supplier (carrier) telephony invoices and charges to contracts and rates in Affinity.
Creation of monthly information packs on trends and analysis for IPI Top 20 customers.
Setting up projects within our Finance system.
Providing billing information to Renewals Manager to enable renewals of existing contracts.
Telecoms billing systems experience is essential.
Previous experience working with telephony billing is desirable.
Proficient use of Excel skills (Pivot tables / VLOOKUPS).
Comfortable working with large data sets and the ability to work and multitask to strict deadlines.
A team player with a willingness to help others.
