Edinburgh, Middlesborough or Letchworth (Hybrid with 1 day in office per week, only expected to travel to one of these locations as a base, not all three)
A successful retail group are looking to recruit a Test Analyst to join their growing testing team.

Skills / Environment

  • Creating manual test scripts.
  • Executing manual tests.
  • Testing webbased solutions on multiple OS, browsers and devices.
  • Testing bespoke solutions.
  • Test Estimation.
  • Using test management tools, e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM.
  • Using test automation tools.
  • Beneficial but not required skills include:
  • Selenium
  • Soap UI/ Ready API
  • Provar
  • Salesforce
  • ISTQB/ ISEB qualifications
  • BrowserStack

Role Overview

The role will involve:

  • Preparing and maintaining test plans.
  • Preparing manual test scripts.
  • Systems testing on both new systems and modifications to current systems.
  • Conducting system testing and data verification.
  • Conducting integration testing at API Level.
  • Developing and running automated testing routines using suitable automation tools, e.g. Selenium, Provar, Ranorex, Tosca, etc.
  • Creating SQL to queries and setting data up.
  • Developing integration tests using appropriate tools e.g. Soap UI Postman etc.
