Father Hudson's Care provides social care throughout the Archdiocese of Birmingham, which includes Community Projects.


Do you have HR experience working with and advising relevant managers at all levels on HR matters throughout an employee's lifecycle? Do you have a passion and commitment to working for a charitable organisation that supports people in the care sector in need to improve their quality of life.

If so, this will be a great opportunity for you.


You will be joining a small, busy HR department ensuring a proactive and efficient service is delivered to all stakeholders.

Knowledge of funding and fixed term contracts would also be advantageous.


A basic disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service will be requested for the successful applicant (funded by the Society).
