HSE Manager

Client

I am working with an exceptional client of mine who is highly regarded within the industry. They are looking to add a HSE manager who will work alone and is happy to roll up there sleeves and hit the ground running

Package

Job: HSE Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Shift: Monday to Friday

Location: Haverhill region

Role

• Engage the front line and management to maintain and own the pro-active safety culture
• incident investigation processes, recording and reporting industrial injuries as required
• and carries out routine Site Health & Safety/Environmental audits to comply with the local site and wider group requirements
• & advise Occupational Health & HR as required to ensure the health & wellbeing of our colleagues.
• the Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in line with Company or other prevailing standards (ISO14001 & ISO50001)

Requirements/Experience

• General Certificate or equivalent qualification
• to influence and lead the HSE culture at front line level.
• level membership of a recognised Health & Safety institute (IOSH/IIRSM etc.)
