This is a national mental health adult care provider whose mission is to ensure the well-being, independence and inclusion of those in their care.

They provide excellent training and recognized Diplomas and have a Skills for Care endorsement and work with multiple local authorities countrywide.

As a Recovery Team Manager, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and manage a 14-bed mental-health supported living service.

You will build positive working relationships with staff, service users and outside agencies, carry out staff reviews, assess risk management, and map out move-on pathways when appropriate.
