An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Safeguarding Children Team at Hull University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust.
You will be responsible for supporting the Safeguarding Team with a wide range of administrative duties in safeguarding children and their families within the acute hospital Trust.
The successful applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills and an awareness of the confidentiality and information governance issues associated with working in a safeguarding environment.
The Safeguarding Children Team are keen to welcome applicants from all diverse backgrounds with the skills and motivation to join a busy, developing and energetic team.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for following the administration processes associated with the Safeguarding Children Team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for the team, children and families.
The post-holder must have well-developed interpersonal skills, have some experience of managing a workload and dealing with distressing and sensitive information.
