Accounts Receivable Specialist - 6 months with chance of longer term

About Our Client:

This innovating company has gone through an exciting transformation and are looking for another specialist to join their team. You will be working within a supportive, friendly and welcoming environment.

Duties Include:

Managing the sales ledger
Ensuring all invoices are raised and issued
Analysing receivables
Maintaining accurate data in the system
Raising credits
Carrying out checks before posting
Assisting the wider finance team with audit documentation
Investigating and resolving queries
Working with the revenue supervisor on improving processes
Ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant:

Have previous experience working within an accounts receivable role essential
Have a strong work ethic essential
Be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders essential
Be proficient in excel (pivot tables, V lookup and X lookup) desirable
Have excellent attention to details essential
Be able to work independently and as part of a team desirable
Be able to adapt and work within time frames desirable
