    Description
    Our client is a contractor undertaking new build, residential, refurbishment and commercial schemes across the Country.

    Our client is now seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead a brand new project in North West London.

    The project consists of 380 units, mixed use high rise RC Frame development.

    You will have a Design Coordinator reporting into you for support and the position will report into the Head of Design.

    Our client is seeking applicants who have design lead RC Frame developments in excess of £80m. Experience/knowledge in BIM will be an advantage.

    In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £85k - £95k + full package and bonus system on top.
