Our client who is a well established Estate and Letting Agency, is looking for a skilled Sales and Letting Negotiator to join their busy office in Crawley.

About the role:

Duties includes:

Data entry, client registration
Schedule and carry out property viewings
Negotiate lease terms with landlords and potential renters (client with a property for rent)
Collaborating with your team to achieve success and maintain a high standard of service
Canvassing the local area for new business
Dropping leaflets
Calling our client database from the past
Engage and participate in your neighbourhood to build a name for yourself and become Crawley's "goto" lettings negotiator.
Create lease agreements and contracts with the necessary terms.
Publicize properties across all mediums.

About you:

A successful track record in a role with a target driven role
A standing for providing exceptional customer service
A desire to advance your knowledge and abilities through continual learning in order to advance your profession
Devoted to the client's values and procedures

Using a methodical, friendly, and passionate approach
Driving licence desirable
