Experienced Finance Director required to work for a well established growing and successful Milton Keynes business who are experiencing a significant period of growth and are looking to expand further into the international markets.


Reporting to the Managing Director with a dotted line to the Global CFO/COO, you will be responsible for and manage all aspects of financial management and reporting, (including financial procedures, statutory obligations, payroll, and financial performance),human resources and IT.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan, coordinate and execute all general accounting and day to day accounting functions
  • Produce month end reporting and present to Managing Director and CFO
  • Ensure integrity and control over all financial matters within the company including all financial transactions, accountancy matters, process and audit systems including maintaining proper documentation of approvals in accordance with internal controlsframework
  • Manage AR to maximize cash intake and reduce aging
  • Margin analysis for all accounts
  • Monthly forecast vs budget reporting
  • Review Opex and performance against budget and forecast, with improvement plans to E-Team
  • Cost approval sign off with CFO for all UK capex, new hires and costs
  • Manage all IT matters in conjunction with corporate office
  • Manage all HR matters in compliance to UK law

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 35 years' experience as Finance Manager or Director
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Great Plains preferred
  • Strong communication skills across multiple levels to both internal and external customers
  • Self Motivated with a mentality to improve and develop
  • Work to all results and activities, understanding business growth and targets for full company
  • Deadline driven to hit all required reporting dates
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy on all reporting
