The Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International is recruiting for 2 x Admissions Advisers to work within the University's busy admissions team.

1 x full time, permanent

1 x full time, fixed term until March 2024

About the post

About you

You should be able to work accurately under pressure, as well as having excellent organisation, communication and customer care skills.

An understanding of the Higher Education sector is useful but is not essential.

You should have a flexible approach to work, and a willingness to take on a variety of roles, as well as the ability to provide a seamless and positive experience to applicants, providing information and advice about the courses we offer to ensure successful conversion of applicants to the University of Suffolk.
