  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:

  • A proven track record in a customer service role, particularly within a telephone based role
  • 1 year experience within customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Good problemsolving skills and a solutionoriented mindset
  • Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Can commit to a temporary role
