- Administration of time and attendance including management of the clocking system and the collection and processing of daily and weekly timesheets.
- The accurate collection, processing and presentation of data.
- Working with others to improve reporting process.
- General admin support as required.
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator, preferably with previous experience in the Construction sector
- Experience with COINS is preferrable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong IT Skills
