    Description

    Client:
    Our client is renowned across the UK for sustainable enabling works. We are currently looking for a Site Administrator to be based on a project in Chichester, Sussex.

    Candidate:


    The successful candidate will provide a full range of administrative support on site to include the control of documents as pertaining to the project ensuring precise compliance with Company procedure.


    Site Administrator Responsibilities:

    • Administration of time and attendance including management of the clocking system and the collection and processing of daily and weekly timesheets.
    • The accurate collection, processing and presentation of data.
    • Working with others to improve reporting process.
    • General admin support as required.

    Site Administrator Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Site Administrator, preferably with previous experience in the Construction sector
    • Experience with COINS is preferrable but not essential
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong IT Skills
