    Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

    14 Sites - Central London

    Monday / Friday - 8am / 5pm

    £45,000 + Travel Card + OT

    Our client currently has an opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to look after 14 commercial buildings and 3 mobile engineers in Central London, on a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for; overseeing 14 sites, extra works, quotes and reactive/planned maintenance.

    As a company they can offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company perkbox, further training and upskilling opportunities and progression within the next 12-18 months.

    Job Responsibilities for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor:

    • Co-ordinate and manage planned/reactive maintenance and extra works including emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements.
    • Oversee all 3 engineers across account
    • Provide first line support for Site Maintenance
    • Provide support to the administration team as appropriate
      Review Sub-Contractor RAMS and arrange access where required.
    • Provide Leadership and technical guidance to the team.
    • Ensure works are programmed and planned to achieve 100% Statutory Compliance
    • Quote works
    • Liaising with client & management

    Qualifications / Experience for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor:

    • NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3 Qualified in either Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
    • 18th Edition (desirable)
    • Previous experience in dealing with clients
    • Well presented
    • Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a wider team
