    Part time Administrator

    Fareham

    12 hpw - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 4 hrs per day

    Ongoing - weekly paid

    Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a knack for handling administrative tasks seamlessly? My client is seeking an Administrator with invoicing experience to join the team.

    Key Requirements:

    • Admin
    • Customer service
    • First point of contact for general enquiries
    • Processing invoices/banking
    • Writing quotes to email to customers
    • Diary management
    • Ordering of stock/Materials

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on invoicing.
    • Proficiency in invoicing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
