- Collaborate closely with the Technology Delivery Manager as a key member of the technology team.
- Serve as a leading expert on AWS Cloud technologies and infrastructure services, providing deep insights and guidance.
- Design, build, maintain, and monitor infrastructure and enterprise applications with a focus on best practices and automation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) and application software, including producing technical requirements, developing code, and documentation.
- Seek efficiencies and develop automation across infrastructure services.
- Monitor and support the implementation of CI/CD, ETL, and API pipelines using iPaas and Git technology tools, empowering engineers and developers to maintain code in a centralized repository.
- Develop and maintain IAM and Route53 services, ensuring secure and pragmatic security group design and implementation.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure and data security policies according to best practices and requirements for various product types using Restful APIs, in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
- Lead and coach junior engineers, providing insights and guidance on new workflows and serving as an escalation point for risks, incidents, and domain knowledge.
- Advise on planning infrastructure and application upgrades for both locally hosted and cloud-based systems.
- Review data flows for operational systems, analytics, and business intelligence (BI) systems for efficiencies.
- Act as an escalation point for critical or major incidents related to cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications, ensuring resolution and communication with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in cloud computing environments, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of hyper-converged solutions such as Nutanix is a plus.
- Familiarity with Rubrik (Backup) and Snap logic (iPaas).
- Strong experience with AWS services, including EC2, Route 53, S3, and IAM.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform and Ansible.
- Solid understanding of networking, DNS, and IP routing protocols.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM tools (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines, Jira).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional) are highly desirable.
