Main Purpose of Role:


Main Purpose of the role:


To support the Learning Support Team in providing a progressive and inclusive, learner centred and personal support and engagement service from enrolment through to completion.

Ensuring that learners are enabled to engage and interact fully with their studies.


Supporting the TED team in providing an excellent learner experience that is accessible, relevant, of high quality and meets the learner's expectations shaped by learner feedback.


The team will be the voice of the learner throughout their studies ensuring that any requests are acted upon promptly and appropriately to optimise the learner's success.


Responsibilities:

Working within the Learning Support Team and ensuring operational delivery excellence in all aspects of training provision

Preparing trainer for event delivery by ensuring they have access to event details (eg. VC link); cohort assessment schedule and learner profiles.


Creating and maintaining all event data within operating systems - ensuring event assignments are allocated and adding details into training calendar.

After event updating attendance and collecting event feedback.


Creating VC sessions in Zoom; adding links to LMS for learners to access; booking Barco suite; moderating VCs; editing and publishing VC recording and slides on LMS.

Providing learner support from enrolment through to completion.

To be aware of safeguarding and wellbeing policies and offer support to learners (training provided).

Supporting Credit Control with any learner payment related issues and offering any appropriate support.

Working with internal stakeholders TED, Assessment and Membership teams.

Ensuring maintenance and security of learner data compliant with GDPR and ISO regulations.

Adhering to team's KPI and SLAs and demonstrate a commitment to continuously improve on service delivery and learner satisfaction.

Supporting with any management information reporting as required.

Working flexibly to achieve business needs.

Skills and Experience Required:

You will also need;

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience of operational systems
  • Accuracy and consistency
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask
  • Reliable and confident
  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms, e.g. Zoom
  • Experience working in training/events is desirable
  • Knowledge/experience of CRM, e.g. Sales Force would be preferable
