Description

An exciting opportunity for a registered mental health professional to join our established multidisciplinary outreach/intensive home treatment team.

CAMHS Outreach Service or COS deliver individualised, intensive therapeutic interventions to young people and families who require intensive support in the community.

We aim to prevent or reduce CAMHS inpatient admissions.

Referrals for under 18s who present with a range of mental health presentations can include:

Psychosis
Bipolar disorder
Severe eating disorders
High risk of serious harm to self
Severe obsessivecompulsive disorder

COS works collaboratively with young people, their families, and Leeds Community CAMHS to formulate and ensure intensive evidence base packages of care.

These are delivered in community settings across Leeds in a flexible manner currently operating Mon-Fri 9-5 but with a plan to expand to include evenings and weekends
