Description
Floor Manager
We are looking for a Floor Manager to come in and shine alongside our Tel Aviv fantasy. You have the ability to lead a team and take over a section at our busy restaurant, alongside training on steps of service and being equipped with flare to enhance a guest's experience.
Kapara is set aside from the hustle and bustle of Soho in the newly built "James Court" where we throw all expectations out the door with our inclusive concept, breaking the normal standard of service and our general love to eat and party.
We are already hitting 200+ covers a day and we are not going to stop there, plans are already underway for further sites and the possibilities are endless.
We encourage a fast learner who is looking to develop their skills and has the desire to grow within our establishment to join us. We aim to offer career progression and prioritise developing our team.
