With huge numbers globally this mega giant is looking for Part Time Stand-alone HR Manager to support one of their UK sites in South Leicestershire.

With around 400 employees on the site they are looking for a 'doer' someone who is happy being stand alone,managing a strong blue collar workforce and spend their days supporting with the operational HR support and getting out on to the site to ensure there is a HR presence.

There is wider HR support from 'the group' but you will be given full autonomy to build string relationships, understand the needs of the staff, manage ER, support on recruitment, update policies and procedures and primarily allow for the smooth runningof the HR function.

You will also be required to support the Group with HR projects.

This is a part time position, working 18 hours a week with a full time equivalent salary of £40,000p.a.

With the role being part time they would be looking for someone who could work shorter days, ideally, this could fit around school hours.

You will also be given the flexibility to work from home a day or so a week.
