This leading, national law firm is currently looking to hire a Head of Departmentfor its Court of Protection department.This firm has offices across the North and will require visits to all locations but can be based on a hybrid basis out of the Leeds office.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to lead and develop a well-established Court of Protection and Private Client team, delivering the plans and strategies for the department.

Ensure that the team achieves their agreed performance targets by using consistent and clear leadership in the management of individuals KPIs
Provide inspirational leadership to the Court of Protection & Private Client team including recruitment, motivation, training and supporting of team members as required
Support the budgeting process for Court of Protection & Private Client
Lead the Court of Protection & Private Client department directly managing the departments operational needs working with our cost and finances team to manage all key reporting metrics
