A Financial Controller/Finance Manager is being recruited by a diverse family owned manufacturing client based in Ferndown.

This is an exciting time to join as the business is growing and predicted turnover for the current year is £15m.

As Financial Controller/Finance Manager, you would report to the FD and overseeing a finance team of 2, you will work closely with departmental heads and the Finance Director and have responsibility for:

• Production of departmental P & Ls
• Management accounts and financial packs for the Board
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Profitability reporting
• Debtor and creditor management
• Systems and process review and management
• Ad hoc reporting as required

You will need to be a Qualified Accountant or Finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with broad financial experience and strong analytical skills.

If you are a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager looking to take a step up this role could be ideal for you as support would be given for any gaps in experience.
