    Sous Chef – Well Renowned Restaurant

    A Star Management have a very exciting opportunity for the right candidates to join our client team of Sous Chef. Our style of cooking is 'Classic Tuscan Cusine' – respectful of tradition.


    THE POSITION

    ·The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fine dining, exceptional culinary skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences...

    ·Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

    ·Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience

    ·Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations

    ·Excellent communication skills

    ·Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

    ·Creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experience


    DUTIES

    ·Fine dining to a high standard, ensuring impeccable presentation and taste

    ·Ownership for the development, production and presentation of all hospitality options

    ·Uphold all health & safety and food safety standards in the immediate area, including allergen management and associated record keeping

    ·Provide training and development opportunities for yourself and team members

    ·If you are a passionate and skilled Sous Chef looking to make a difference in the hospitality industry, we look forward to hearing from you
