    Description

    We are currently assisting our legal client recruit for a highly professional Legal Secretary with a conveyancing bacground.

    The successful candidate will provide first class legal services, support and assistance on residential files on a full time basis.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
    • Handle any queries and provide updates as required
    • Assist in the management of residential freehold and leasehold files
    • Assist in processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
    • Drafting and completion of Legal documentation
    • Managing online client forms, ensuring accuracy
    • Liaising with Estate Agents and Solicitors
    • Preparing and sending offer details for clients
    • Liaising with Mortgage Lenders
    • Applying to Land Registry for documents
    • Obtaining redemption statements
    • Diary Management
    Desirable Experience /Skill Sets:
    • Proven Legal Secretarial background gained within Conveyancing
    • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong IT skills - MS applications
    • Strong communication skills – across all levels (written and verbal)
    • The ability to remain calm in pressured situations
    • Effective prioritisation skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
