The Role
The University of London Worldwide is seeking to appoint two Senior Programme Officers to join two busy directorates.

The Senior Programme Officer role will involve liaising with key internal teams and senior academic and administrative personnel in the University of London's Member Institutions.

As a Senior Programme Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our online academic programmes.

This will include cyclical administrative tasks to prepare the teaching sessions and working with colleagues to ensure any issues in delivery are identified, resolved, or escalated in a timely way.

The role will also involve documenting process and practices which can be shared with teams at Member Institutions and may also service governance meetings for the programmes as needs be.

We are seeking a positive, highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and experience of working in a team supporting Higher Education programmes.

As the role involves supporting programmes which are delivered online, excellent ICT skills and digital literacy are required.
