Our client, a leading events organization, specializes in delivering exceptional B2B conferences and awards ceremonies. With a focus on innovation, they provide invaluable platforms for industry leaders to connect, share insights, and celebrate achievements.
As their Event Manager, you'll be integral to the success of their flagship awards. With international travel opportunities, you'll oversee the gathering and management of hundreds of attendees, offering unparalleled networking and recognition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of the Events Manager, Awards:
• Oversee end-to-end operations of two awards events, from planning and logistics, to execution and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling agendas and experiences.
• Manage the awards process, ensuring transparency and upholding brand integrity.
• Travel internationally, representing the organization, and fostering key stakeholder relationships.
• Support other conferences within the portfolio, enhancing attendee experiences.
The ideal Events Manager, Awards:
• 2-3 years of event management experience in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated exposure to award ceremonies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within budget and deadlines, adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
