    Job summary

    We are seeking a People advisor with good experience ready to take their career to the next level.

    Having gained experience in the fields of employment relations, employee governance and other HR post-holder will be responsible for providing advisory support and guidance to the committed to the NHS people agenda you will have gained experienced in the broad range of people related requirements in a similar organisation. Excellent verbal and written skills are a must in support of the ability to influence and negotiate as are high levels of computer and systems literacy. The ability to analyse data and generate robust reporting is also a must.

    Main duties of the job

    Provision of high level professional and practical advice and guidance on the full range of HR matters. This will involve building and maintaining collaborative and productive working relationships with ICB managers, staff, HR colleagues, and trade unions, to establish professional credibility and maintain and expand the service provided for the future as well as develop, promote, and maintain a culture of healthy employee relations and staff involvement and engagement.
