Role & Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with trade suppliers, skilfully negotiating trade discounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and the design team.
- Order Management: Efficiently finalise and schedule deliveries of both hard and soft finishes for various projects.
- Supplier Interaction: Initiate schedules and procure quotes from suppliers, masterfully negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
- Project Timelines: Develop and maintain realistic project timelines, ensuring smooth progress.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with design and site teams, offering valuable feedback on lead times and deliveries, and providing assistance in respecifying items when required.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update Management Information Systems meticulously, keeping a comprehensive record of orders, invoices, receipts, and more.
- Site Visits: Undertake site visits to confirm deliveries, conduct thorough inspections for breakages or missing items, and proficiently manage returns and refunds.
Applicant Requirements:
- Experience: 35 years minimum experience in procurement.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritise across multiple projects.
- Process-Driven: Ability to work individually or as part of a team, with a processdriven approach.
- Communication: Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and fluent in both written and spoken English.
Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
