    We're looking for a Senior Financial Control Analyst on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, to join our growing Financial and audit team.

    Financial Analyst will support end to end Month end close process for CCO & UKS lines of business and support full commissions process.

    What You'll BringProvision of monthly management accounts, variance analysis and reporting for the aligned business areas, highlighting and advising on key financial issuesAdhering to strict month end deadlines.

    Assist with monthly sales commission calculation.
    Facilitate various meetings including P&L reviews, COS reviews, balance sheet reviews, sales commission reviews etc.

    Development and provision of relevant reporting to Business Partnering and FP&A.Reconciliation and control of balance sheet in compliance with SOX.Other duties relevant to aligned business areas (intercompany allocations, recharges, etc)Liaise with various stakeholders including Senior Managers, FBPs, Financial Control, FP&A and otherInvolvement in wider finance initiatives to constantly evolve and improve the Group Finance functionCoach and mentor a Junior team of analyst 1-3 years of accounting experience.

    Knowledge of GL accounting systems such as Peoplsoft or Oracle an advantage.
    Comfortable managing multiple conflicting priorities with strong workflow management and follow-up skills. Effective interacting with all levels of management.
    Committed to professional development and becoming a qualified accountant( Either CIMA or ACCA).
