Salary:
£25,000 Per Annum


Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday Days (09:00 - 17:30)


Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Controller to join our Customer Services Team at our Trafford Park site. As a Customer Controller you will provide information, reports (KPI and other) and general administrative support within Customer Service team


Job responsibilities of a Customer Controller include:

  • Act as first point of contact for customer regarding booking and organisation of customer consignments.
  • Accurately process orders in ESSITY/ SAP system and in the inhouse GTS system
  • Provide information to Account Manager/Customer regarding late and failed deliveries including route causes.
  • Ensure all customer consignments are booked with supplier and created on GTS inhouse system for delivery as per customer requirements
  • Liaise with Planning Teams to ensure consignments are collected and delivered to specific customer requirements
  • Ensure all consignments are rated accurately and within agreed timescales, obtaining new rates through the GB sales team where required.

Qualifications:


As a Customer Controller you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft systems; Excel and Outlook in particular
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Good level of numeracy, accuracy and literacy
  • High level of flexibility, commitment, and motivation
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Capable of operating with limited supervision within fixed guidelines
  • Team orientated
  • Previous experience within a customer service environment preferred.
  • Good geographical or transport knowledge advantageous
