- FRCS or an equivalent appropriate higher surgical qualification
- Entry on the GMC specialist register or be within six months of obtaining your CCT at the time of interview
- Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
- Evidence of audit and research experience
- Higher professional qualifications in ENT surgery, Teaching or Research and Education
- Significant experience in management of ENT
- Evidence of involvement and experience in audit
- Broad based general ENT exposure for adults, paeds and emergencies
- Experience of leading a clinical team
- Wide range of training in surgery demonstrated with SAC log book
- Suitable and mandatory courses as per ENT SAC curriculum
