- To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairsadjustments and other maintenance works asappropriate.

To undertake prescribedmaintenance tasks as directed by the EngineeringSupervisor.The post holder willwork with a small team of maintenance staff on a rotating day shiftrota. Weekend working will be required on a roster basis. They willcarry out planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work andTenant services in a busyenvironment.
