REED have partnered with a market leading, online automotive business with offices in
Pill, North Somerset (between the M5 and Central Bristol). Recruiting for a
Customer Service Advisor on a
full time, permanent basis.

Location:
Pill, North Somerset. Accessible off the M5 via car, close to Central Bristol and has bus routes going past the location

Salary:
£25,000 per annum

Contract:
Full Time, Permanent

Hours:

ON-SITE PARKING

You will be joining a rapidly expanding business as a part of a busy customer service department, being the main point of contract for customers.

Duties:

Processing Orders - Seeing through sales administration from start to finish
Processing and updating orders, customers and Sales Executives
Invoicing vehicles and managing payments
Raising finance documents
Working as part of a team - supporting, motivating and assisting colleagues
Working closely with the Sales Support Team

About you:

Previous experience in an administration or customer service related role is desired
Strong communication skills
Great IT skills, experience in Microsoft packages
Attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to develop working relationships
Be able to work under pressure
